  Washtakiwa wawili raia wa Uturuki wameachiwa huru na mahakama baada ya kusikilizwa kwa kesi yao, huku kila mmoja akipewa adhabu na masharti tofauti. Mahakama ilimhukumu Osmen kulipa faini ya shilingi milioni moja, huku mwenzake Gokmen, ambaye pia ni raia wa Uturuki, akiachiliwa kwa dhamana ya shilingi 500,000 au kutoa dhamana ya pesa taslimu ya shilingi 200,000. Uamuzi huo wa mahakama unafuatia mashitaka yaliyokuwa yakimkabili kila mmoja wao. Kwa sasa, washtakiwa hao wanatakiwa kuzingatia masharti waliyopewa wakisubiri hatua nyingine za kisheria. Kesi hiyo itaendelea kusikilizwa katika tarehe 19 February,2026.
